I have worked in the health, safety and environmental field for over 22 years.  I trained with the Health and Safety Executive and worked as an Inspector of Health and Safety for five years in the West Midlands concentrating on engineering and construction.  I carried out numerous prosecutions and other enforcement action during this time.

Since leaving the HSE I have worked in Jaguar Land Rover as a Health and Safety Manager, managing the procurement and installation of new product lines and ensuring general health and safety in product development. 

I left Jaguar Land Rover in 2006 and set up my own consultancy, assisting companies such as Nant, Unilever, HCP and Honeybourne in their own health and safety management systems, auditing, training, accident investigation and finding engineering solutions to their health and safety issues. 

Stephanie Mackey

Before starting as a freelance HR specialist, Stephanie spent over 18 years as a HR Manager within various business sectors such as automotive, manufacturing & engineering and over 8 years in logistics working for both blue chip and SME organisations. She has a wealth of experience in HR covering the whole employment life cycle with specialisms in TUPE, redundancy and restructuring.

Stuart Phillips

 I am a Health safety and Environmental consultant (with over 15 years management experience in IT and HS&E roles including 8 years auditing experience across all 3 disciplines.  I trained in Health and Safety under the guidance of Sand SHE consultants whilst working full time in a aluminium die casting foundry for a period of 2 ½ years ensuring the company was legally compliant and up to date with all relevant legislation as well as re-writing their ISO14001 Environmental Management system culminating in the successful re-certification audit being performed in the early part of 2014.

Since leaving the manufacturing industry I have set up my own consultancy (Dhruv Phillips Ltd), assisting companies such as Sand SHE, Jaguar Land Rover, Croner,  JVM Castings and Infinis in their own health and safety management systems, auditing for Safety Environmental and Quality management systems, training, accident / and incident investigation and advising on relevant methodologies and solutions to their health and safety issues. 

Stephen Bull

Stephen is a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer with 29 years experience in the industry, who is a valuable member of the team.  Stephen provides a specialism that we need in many aspects of our work, finding engineering solutions to many of the problems that we face.  He has worked in many industries from Mining to Manufacturing.  Working for several companies, including Honeywell, Otter Controls, St Davids Assemblies and more recently with Sand SHE.  He has worked all over all the world in various companies and environments, and I am proud to have Stephen as a member of my team.
